Turrell - part 3

Through the hole in the platform roof, we see the complimentary color of the lights reflected in the sky. As I view these colors, I mentioned to my friends that James Turrell must have studied color theory and reflected light reaction on its surrounding space. Sometimes, the sky looked darker than other times simply by the changing of colors and as the sun set and the sky darkened optically, the lights made the sky look like a huge chocolate bar!
