The Gothic Window

A mirror reflects back at all who gaze upon this beautifully abstracted 'gothic window.' This unique, one of a kind, pendant hangs from a long, hefty silver-toned chain.

"Gothic" is a misleading term that was written into history and now simply refers to the style that art and architecture were created in during the 13th century. They simply called it "modern style" or "french style." The pointed arches that dominate most Gothiccathedrals and castles makes it so unique and identifiable.

This mirrored pendant 'reflects' (no pun intended) that lovely style from so long ago. Islamic pointed arches inspired the Europeans to use the style in their cathedrals as part of the Muslim influence on Christianity.
